1-on-1

One-on-one personal training sessions are available for anyone in Toronto, who wants to pursue a healthier/fitter lifestyle, rehabilitate from an injury or  train to participate in duathlons, triathlons or cycling and running events. These sessions can be conducted in home, outdoors or at a location agreed upon. Personal training sessions are available for people of all ages and stages of life. Andre has worked with everyday people, elite athletes and seniors. 

 

Small Groups (3-8 people)

Small group training sessions or classes in-home or office are available in Toronto. These sessions can be conducted in home, outdoors or at a location agreed upon. The group size is for a minimum of three people to a maximum of eight people. Boot Camp or Strength classes are offered for small groups. 

Corporate Groups (Over 8 people)

If you would like to offer your employees a weekly class, you have come to the right place! For over eight people to a maximum of 25, many classes can be offered at your workplace, outdoors or at a location agreed upon in Toronto.
