Running is not just putting one foot in front of the other. While it is a natural movement and something, we should all be able to do, it can cause injuries and discomfort if done incorrectly. When done properly, it can be a rewarding and effective fitness activity.

Things that need to be considered include:

  • base level of fitness

  • distance your planning to run - do I have enough time to train for that specific distance

  • rate of progressions

  • types of runs

  • cross training and/or strength training

My work with many runners and triathletes, of varying abilities and for various distances/events will see you reaching your goals!

I am a certified Running Clinic Professional.
