Fitness shouldn't stop as we get older. In fact, we should endeavor to maintain our strength, flexibility and mobility as much as possible. If you don't move it, you lose it is true for all of us. Being fit as we age is not just about looking or feeling good, it is also about being able to accomplish tasks of our daily lives to keep us independent in our twilight years.

Bone health is important as well as fall prevention. Being a certified Bonefit instructor, I will be able to address these issues.

I have been teaching 55+ classes and doing personal training for 55+ clients for 8 years and I am very comfortable with this age group. Why am I so comfortable? Well, I am one as well. This year I turned 55 and I am fitter than I was 20 years ago. Join me and turn back your clock!
